The arrangements are set up on a tri-party basis, with a set of contractual documents that include a framework agreement between Government Procurement Service and the supplier, a Supply Contract between each supplier and the customer and a Customer Access Agreement (CAA) between Government Procurement Service and the customer. Each of the documents reflects responsibilities and liabilities, to give complete contractual cover to all concerned.
Organisations wishing to join and enjoy the benefits of our portfolio can expect a fast and courteous response from our customer registration team, who will ensure that all relevant paperwork is received and progressed promptly by experienced staff.
You will then be assigned an Energy Customer Contact – dedicated to your organisation, so that you receive a prompt and professional service when you want it. We will keep you informed of all information relevant to your needs at all times.
For day-to-day account enquiries you can expect the same high quality customer service from our energy suppliers, who also have staff dedicated to the Government Procurement Service portfolio.
