Bribery Act
The Bribery Act came into force on 1 July 2011. Consistent with the guidance issued by the Ministry of Justice Government Procurement Service has completed a risk assessment and reviewed our policies and procedures. We are satisfied that the actions we have taken and our revised polices and procedures make us compliant with the requirements of the Act.
