We have a strong culture based on clear values and have a number of mechanisms in place to measure staff performance, engagement and the views of our staff.
Civil Service Staff Survey
Government Procurement Service participates in the Civil Service People Survey. This is an annual civil service wide project run by the Cabinet Office to measure staff engagement. Our staff took part during September 2011 and have since shared results at their team meetings – the executive summary and highlights report are now available HERE.
