The government has pledged greater transparency across the public sector to strengthen accountability to the taxpayer. Government Procurement Service is actively committed to this agenda and aims to be transparent by providing relevant and useful information for stakeholders.
As a Trading Fund, we are self funding and generate revenue to cover our running costs. We have a key role to play in the Government’s Centralised Procurement programme and aim to deliver sustainable cost reductions across government in a transparent way.
