Information Charter

We may need to handle and hold information about you and your organisation so that we may facilitate the provision of goods and services to public sector organisations.

This charter tells you how we look after that information.

When we ask you for commercial or personal information, we will ensure it is:

  • handled fairly and lawfully processed;
  • processed for the intended purposes;
  • relevant and not excessive;
  • not kept for longer than necessary;
  • processed in line with your rights;
  • secure, both at rest and in transit; and
  • disposed of in a secure manner.

Please contact the Data Controller (contact details below) if you require information regarding any of the following:

  • what information we hold about you and how to  correct it if necessary;
  • agreements we have with other organisations for sharing information;
  • circumstances where we may pass on your commercial or personal information without telling you (e.g. to detect and prevent crime or to produce statistics that preserve your anonymity);
  • our instructions to staff on how to collect, use and dispose of information; and
  • how to make a complaint.
